At nefan, we believe in sustainable fashion and giving clothes a second life. That’s why we offer a Buyback & Resale program for our customers.
Policy Terms:
1. Customers can return any nefan clothing item after 1 year of purchase.
2. A valid purchase bill/invoice is mandatory to be eligible for buyback.
3. The product must be in good, wearable condition (no major damage, stains, or tears).
4. Upon approval, we will buy back the item at a fair resale price, which may vary depending on condition and demand.
5. Returned items will be cleaned, refurbished if needed, and sold as part of our “Pre-Loved Collection”.
6. Customers will receive the buyback amount as store credit or direct payment (as per policy at the time).
7. Cash refunds are not applicable. Instead, you’ll receive an exclusive discount on your next purchase from our store.
